Oliver is a PhD student in Prof. Horvath’s group. His project investigates inherited mitochondrial translational defects affecting the nervous system using patient-derived cellular models.
Oliver completed his Master’s degree in Neuroscience at University College London (UCL) in 2018. Before joining the Department of Clinical Neurosciences at the University of Cambridge, he researched the role of mitochondrial dysfunction in Parkinson’s disease at the UCL Queen Square Institute of Neurology.
